We were 9 adults and 2 babies who spent a few days here in Sept 2013. Honestly the host Florence and her daughter Clara are absolutely wonderful, just perfect. Florence takes a personal interest in her guests and provides a booklet of useful information and maps etc. She even let us her laptop to watch a movie on the large projector screen which provided a great "cinema evening" for us in the flat after a long day and then freshen up before leaving wich was greatly appreciated. the flat itself is a great space and quite unique. It is trendy, clean, and more than well equipped. I have been to Paris many times before and this has been my most confortable stay by far. You can walk to any of the major sites in less than 20mins and the metro stop and all amenities are minutes away. Woul HIGHLY recommend !

What can I say about this delightful oasis quietly tucked away from the hussle ans bussle of Paris, but close enough to allow the rich and vibrant atmosphere to creep in the edges of its historic stone walls, except that it is an amazing gem. We were fortunate enough to find a charming apartment that looks exactly as it appears, and spacious enough for our group of eleven. The hosts Florence and her daughter Clara really raised the standards by organising our transport, greeting us when we arrived, providing information prior to arrival and ensuring that we had all that we needed and more. They were so kind to even set up an additional bed for our family reunion. The house is exactly as described, clean, comfortable, with all amenities and within walking distance to all attractions. We were a group of eleven ranging from ages 60 to 65, all of whom loved the place, and location. It really enhances our experience in Paris. Highly recommend it

James : This apartment worked out great for my family and I. Florence was an awesome host and really cared about us having a comfortable stay. I have a large family and we had plenty of room to relax and rest after very busy days in Paris. The location is central and access to the metro is about a minute away. The location is off the street far enough that it is very quiet, and there is lots of natural light via the large glass ceiling in the livingroom. The bathrooms all worked well- my favorite was the odd one downstairs near the entrance as it shares a very old stone wall and has a very open and modern fixtures yet is interestingly antique due to the wall. The kitchen is one of the best we have ever rented in europe, well stocked and very large and modern for european standards. It is very difficult to find such large apartments in Paris and this one worked out very well for us.

We had a family group of 9 ranging in ages from 9 to 76, this property was sensational for all of us. Florence ensured that everything we needed was there. We could walk to the Louvre and others attractions. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this wonderfull apartment. It is as lovely as the pictures show.

Fortemente consigliato .Ci torneremo senz'altro."
