Price for holiday renting as an apartment

• €600 / night ( 10 pers. max) 

 

Policies

• Suitability : accessible to disabled persons and wheelchairs, suitable for children, pets friendly, smoking allowed

• Check-in/ Check-out : 5:00 pm / 11:00 am (other possible agreement with the owner)

• Breakage deposit : the deposit must be paid cash upon arrival and is returned on check-out day after full inspection : €1,000 

• Cleaning fee after departure : €200

• Minimum rent : 

- 3 nights during the year

- 4 nights during july, august and from the 20th of december to the 6th of january

• The owner has the right of entry with proper notice

• Noise or party or professional activities are prohibited within this contract
